Refund Policy

At Olitia, quality and freshness are our priority.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Seal is broken upon delivery

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must remain unused

  • Unboxing video required for damage claims

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Change of mind cases

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
