Where does Olitia ship?

We ship across India and selected international locations.

Domestic Shipping: Shiprocket

International Shipping: DHL / FedEx (for export orders)

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 working days

International Orders: 7–12 working days

Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Yes, COD is available in select locations.

No. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged

A wrong product was delivered

The seal is broken upon delivery

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Product must remain unused

An unboxing video is required for damage claims

Opened or consumed products

Change-of-mind cases

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
